Today's hike was an out-and-back to Mount Tom via Avalon > A-Z and Mt. Tom Spur trails.  David and Ava joined us today and they made for great hiking buddies.  It was really icy in spots higher up but the kids were determined to reach the peak!  I'm finally getting around to hastily posting this many months after we did the hike so the pictures below will have to tell the story!
